Any embedded application, from the sensor to the screen.

We are an electronics company. We pair high-precision ADCs and DACs with the right sensors and microcontrollers, write the firmware, and build the touch panel and software around it — for measurement, control and monitoring in any industry. Weighing automation controllers are our flagship product line.

Hyderabad based, India-wide installs Noris Solutions division, since 2014 24-bit ADC analog front-ends, in-house

What we build

Electronics, firmware and software for any embedded application. Weighing automation controllers are our core product line; everything else is designed to your process on the same building blocks.

Precision analog front-ends

High-resolution ADC and DAC stages for load cells, thermocouples, pressure, pH, strain and 4–20 mA loops — with the layout, shielding and calibration that make the last digits mean something.

  • 24-bit sigma-delta ADCs (ADS1232/1262, NAU7802, HX711 class)
  • 16-bit DACs and isolated analog outputs
  • Ratiometric excitation, temperature compensation, linearisation

Weighing applications

Weighbridge ticketing, batching, packing and inventory weighing with indicator capture, tare memory and audit trails.

  • Gross / tare / net tickets with print and SMS
  • Works with Essae, Avery, Sartorius, Mettler and serial indicators
  • ERP and GST invoice sync

Weighing automation controllers

Our flagship. Controllers for unmanned weighbridges, batching plants, packing lines and silo weighing — vehicles and batches identified, weighed and ticketed without an operator.

  • UHF / RFID vehicle identification
  • Boom barrier, traffic light and camera control
  • Tamper and reweigh alerts

Sensor integration

Temperature, humidity, RFID, UHF, level, flow, gas and proximity sensors — analog or digital — read correctly and logged into one dashboard with alerts.

  • Modbus RTU/TCP, RS-232/485, MQTT
  • Cold-room and warehouse monitoring
  • Threshold alarms on WhatsApp and SMS

Microcontrollers and firmware

ESP32 / ESP-IDF, STM32 and other ARM Cortex-M parts with custom firmware: control loops, protocol stacks, Wi-Fi, LoRa or GSM uplink, and offline resilience.

  • OTA updates and remote diagnostics
  • Works without internet, syncs when back
  • PCB design, enclosures and CE-ready power

Touch-based applications

Operator panels on 4"–10" touch displays — big buttons, clear numbers, built for gloves, dust and bright light.

  • Batching, dosing and recipe control
  • Local HMI plus cloud mirror
  • Multi-language, role-based screens

The signal chain behind every controller we build

Whatever the application, it is the same five stages. Getting each one right is what separates a number you can bill on from a number you can only look at.

High-precision ADCs

24-bit sigma-delta converters with programmable gain, proper reference design and ratiometric measurement, so drift and noise are engineered out rather than averaged away.

DACs and analog outputs

16-bit DACs driving 0–10 V and 4–20 mA outputs for PLCs, VFDs and dosing valves, with isolation where the plant demands it.

Sensors, any kind

Temperature, humidity, pressure, strain, level, flow, gas, RFID, UHF — matched to the right front-end and calibrated as a system, not as parts.

Microcontrollers and firmware

ESP32 and STM32 firmware in C/ESP-IDF: calibration tables, control loops, Modbus/MQTT stacks, OTA and offline storage.

ADCs, DACs and sensors we design with

The parts that go onto our boards. We choose the converter for the resolution, speed and noise your measurement needs, then the sensor and microcontroller around it.

Example: how our unmanned weighbridge controller works

One of our flagship applications, from the gate to the ticket. The same signal chain and firmware base goes into every other controller we build.

Vehicle arrives

Loop detector or proximity sensor senses the truck on the deck. Traffic light turns red.

UHF reads the tag

Windshield tag identifies vehicle, party and material — no operator typing.

Weight settles

System waits for a stable reading, checks all load cells, rejects partial positioning.

Capture and verify

Cameras snap front, rear and deck. Weight, photos and tag are locked together.

Ticket and release

Ticket prints, SMS goes out, ERP updates, barrier lifts. Second pass computes net.

Sensors we interface

These are what we design in most often. If yours outputs millivolts, 4–20 mA, Modbus, RS-485, I²C, SPI or MQTT, we can read it accurately.

Temperature

Cold rooms, dryers, kilns, reactors. PT100, thermocouple and digital probes with alerts and 1-year history.

One team for the electronics, the firmware and the software

  • No finger-pointing between vendorsThe analog front-end, the PCB, the firmware, the panel and the cloud app come from the same people. If something breaks, one call.
  • Built on a decade of plant softwareNoris Solutions already runs ERPs for crushers, RMC, rice mills, scrap and fuel. We know what the ticket and the ledger need.
  • Works when the internet doesn'tEverything runs locally first and syncs later. Weighing never stops for a dropped connection.
  • You own the dataPlain MySQL, exportable reports, open APIs. No lock-in to our dashboard.

Questions we get asked

Can you work with the weighbridge indicator we already have?

Usually yes. Most indicators expose a serial output (RS-232/485). We read it directly; your existing calibration and legal metrology stamp stay untouched.

Does the software connect to our ERP or Tally?

Yes. We post tickets to Tally, SAP B1, Noris Suite and most custom ERPs through their APIs or a shared database. If there's no API, we export clean CSV/Excel on a schedule.

What happens if the internet goes down?

The ESP32 controller and the local PC keep weighing, printing and storing tickets. Everything syncs to the cloud when the link returns, with no gaps in numbering.

How long does an unmanned weighbridge install take?

Typically two to three days on site after a survey, plus a week for tag issuance and operator training. Software is configured beforehand.

Do you take embedded projects outside weighing?

Yes — any embedded application. Weighing automation controllers are our flagship, but the same building blocks — precision ADC/DAC stages, sensor interfaces, microcontrollers and firmware — go into whatever your process needs. Send us the quantity you measure, the accuracy you need and what the operator should see, and we'll quote electronics, firmware and software together.

How accurate can your measurement be?

With a 24-bit sigma-delta ADC, ratiometric excitation and temperature compensation we routinely resolve 1 part in 100,000 of a load cell's range in the field. For thermocouples and RTDs we target ±0.1 °C after calibration. We state the achievable figure for your sensor and environment before we build.
